Representative Experience
- Represented residential homeowner in litigation against subdivision developer and residential builder involving claims of improper site and drainage preparation, residential water damage, and significant home flooding. Dispute also involved claims against developer and builder for fraud in a real estate transaction and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Favorable confidential settlement obtained on behalf of client.
- Represented numerous homeowners in claims against residential home builders and remodelers involving claims of improper construction, incomplete construction, fraudulent and improper change orders, defective residential construction and workmanship, and use of improper construction materials.
- Represented numerous homeowners in claims against real estate brokers and agents involving claims for fraud, misrepresentation, and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act related to claims involving misrepresentations of home building materials, residential square footage amounts, and site development representations.
- Represented homeowner in claims against residential landscaping company and related individuals involving claims of incomplete and defective landscaping construction, city and municipal improper and incomplete landscaping design.
